LONG SERVICE LEAVE (BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 9 OF 1994) - REG 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Regulations is amended—

    (a)     by omitting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:

    “(b)     The Building and Construction Industry (ACT) Award 1991;

        (c)     Electrical Contracting Industry Award 1992;”;

    (b)     by omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(d)     National Metal and Engineering On-Site Construction Industry Award 1989;”; and

    (c)     by omitting paragraph (f).
