MAGISTRATES COURT (DOMESTIC ANIMALS INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2005 (NO 29 OF 2005) - REG 14

An authorised officer may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Domestic Animals Act; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Domestic Animals Act.
