MAGISTRATES COURT (NATURE CONSERVATION INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2005 (NO 33 OF 2005) - REG 12

A conservation officer may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Nature Conservation Act; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Nature Conservation Act.
