MAGISTRATES COURT (SMOKING IN CARS WITH CHILDREN INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2012 (NO 17 OF 2012) - REG 11

A police officer may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Smoking in Cars with Children (Prohibition) Act 2011 ; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Smoking in Cars with Children (Prohibition) Act 2011 .
