MAGISTRATES COURT (SECURITY INDUSTRY INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATIONS 2003 (NO 29 OF 2003) - REG 2

These regulations commence on the later of—

        (a)     3 September 2003; and

        (b)     the day after their notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
