MAGISTRATES COURT (LITTER INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2005 (NO 1) (NO 9 OF 2005) - REG 12

A police officer or an authorised person under the Litter Act, section 14 (Appointment of authorised people) may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Litter Act; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Litter Act.
