MAGISTRATES COURT (LITTER INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 50 OF 2004) - REG 12

Service of notices by authorised people

An authorised person under the Litter Act, section 14 may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Litter Act; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Litter Act.
