MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) REGULATIONS (NO. 16 OF 1987)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations.  
   2.      In these Regulations:“the Ordinance” means the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982.  
   3.      For the purposes of subsection 227B (2) of the Ordinance, the rate per centum per annum specified in column 3 of an item in the following table is the rate per centum per annum in respect of the period specified in column 2 of that item.
