2. The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 11 of Table 2 and substituting the following items:

“11 15 January 1993 to and including 31 January 1994 .......................... 10.00

12 Any period after 31 January 1994 ................................................. 9.00 ”.
