MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) (FEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2 OF 1987) - REG 2

2. The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended:

        (a)     by omitting from item 1 “20.00” and substituting “30.00”;

        (b)     by omitting from item 3 “3.00” and substituting “5.00”; and

        (c)     by omitting from item 4 “15.00” and substituting “20.00”.
