MAGISTRATES COURT (CONSTRUCTION OCCUPATIONS INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 38 OF 2004) - REG 2

These regulations commence on the commencement of the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004 , section 6.
