MAGISTRATES COURT (SMOKE-FREE PUBLIC PLACES INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2010 (NO 50 OF 2010) - REG 2

This regulation commences on the later of—

        (a)     9 December 2010; and

        (b)     the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
