MAGISTRATES COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 15 OF 1988) - REG 2

2. Rule 68 of the Magistrates Court Rules is amended—

        (a)     by omitting subrule (2) and substituting the following subrule:

“(2) For the purpose of subsection 255C (3) of the Ordinance, the amount shall be calculated at the following rate:

        (a)     for each page of the first transcript or copy of the record delivered—$2.00; and

        (b)     for each page of any further transcript or copy provided to the same applicant—$0.10.”; and

        (b)     by omitting subrules (3), (4) and (5).
