MAGISTRATES COURT (WATER RESOURCES INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2007 (NO 30 OF 2007) - REG 13

An authorised officer may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Water Resources Act; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Water Resources Act.
