MAGISTRATES COURT (PLASTIC SHOPPING BAGS BAN INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2011 (NO 19 OF 2011) - REG 12

Authorised people for infringement notice offences

An investigator may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Plastic Bags Ban Act; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Plastic Bags Ban Act.
