MAGISTRATES COURT (DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 18 OF 2004) - REG 5

In these regulations:

"dangerous substances legislation" means—

        (a)     the Dangerous Substances Act 2004 ; and

        (b)     the Dangerous Substances (Explosives) Regulations 2004 .
