MAGISTRATES COURT (FAIR TRADING MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR INDUSTRY INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2012 (NO 15 OF 2012) - REG 12

Authorised people for infringement notice offences

An investigator may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Fair Trading (Motor Vehicle Repair Industry) Act 2010 ; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Fair Trading (Motor Vehicle Repair Industry) Act 2010 .
