MATERNAL HEALTH INFORMATION REGULATIONS 1999 (1999 NO 15) - REG 5

    (1)     The Minister must ensure that, as far as practicable, copies of a current pamphlet are made available—

        (a)     for use under section 8 of the Act; and

        (b)     to members of the public.

    (2)     A current pamphlet must be made available free of charge.
