MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 30 OF 1995) - REG 5

5. Regulation 44 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting “or conductor his desire to alight therefrom, the driver or conductor” and substituting “his or her wish to alight from the omnibus, the driver”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) “therefrom”.
