MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATION 2010 (NO 1) (NO 1 OF 2010) - REG 6

substitute

        (a)     the doctor—

              (i)     is working at a hospital and prescribes the medicine for an outpatient at the hospital; or

              (ii)     is working at any of the following institutions and prescribes the medicine for a patient of the institution:

    (A)     a correctional centre;

    (B)     a CYP detention place;

    (C)     an opioid dependency treatment centre operated by the Territory; or

Note     Institution includes a correctional centre and a CYP detention place (see s 652).

              (iii)     prescribes the medicine for a person in police custody; and
