MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATION 2010 (NO 3) (NO 16 OF 2010) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than schedule 1) commences on the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Schedule 1 commences on the commencement of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT) Act 2010 , section 3.
