MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATION 2008 (NO 42 OF 2008) - REG 80

Cancellation of invalid supply authorities—Act, s 30 (2) (d)

    (1)     A paper-based supply authority is cancelled by a person if the person—

        (a)     marks the word ‘cancelled', and the person's name and business address, on the front of the supply authority; and

        (b)     signs and dates the cancellation of the supply authority.

    (2)     An electronic supply authority is cancelled by a person if the person—

        (a)     marks the word ‘cancelled' on the supply authority; and

        (b)     links an electronic document to the supply authority that includes the person's name and business address and signature.
