MEDIATION REGULATIONS (NO. 29 OF 1998) - REG 4

    For the purposes of the definition of “approved agency” in subsection (3) (1) of the Act, the following bodies or organisations are declared to be approved agencies for the purposes of the Act:

        (a)     LEADR Inc.;

        (b)     Mediation Works;

        (c)     Relationships Australia—Canberra and Region Inc.;

        (d)     The Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia;

        (e)     Conflict Resolution Service Inc.;

        (f)     Training for Health and Community Services Inc.
