MUTUAL RECOGNITION (AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY) REGULATION 2017 (NO 38 OF 2017) - REG 4

The following are laws to which the Commonwealth Act, section 15 applies:

        (a)     the Waste Management and Resource Recovery Act 2016

, part 10A (Container deposit scheme);

        (b)     all other provisions of that Act, to the extent they relate to the container deposit scheme established by that part;

        (c)     a regulation made under that Act, to the extent the regulation relates to the container deposit scheme.
