MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 17 OF 1992) - REG 1 1. (1) Subject to subregulations (2) and (3) these Regulations commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.

Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations

1. (1) Subject to subregulations (2) and (3) these Regulations commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.

(2) Paragraph 3 (a) commences on the day on which section 6 of the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1992 commences.

(3) Paragraph 3 (c) commences on the day on which sections 12 and 14 of the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1992 commence.
