MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 40 OF 1995) - REG 3

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from column 2 of item 27 in Part II “112D (1) (a)” and substituting “112D (a)”;

        (b)     by omitting from column 3 of item 27 in Part II “where traffic sign bears the words ‘TURN LEFT AT ANY TIME WITH CARE' ”;

        (c)     by omitting from column 2 of item 28 in Part II “112D (1) (b)” and substituting “112D (b)”;

        (d)     by omitting from column 2 of item 29 in Part II “112D (1) (c)” and substituting “112D (c)”; and

        (e)     by inserting after item 122 in Part II the following items:

Non-learner driving motor vehicle with “L” plate
