MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2 OF 1999) - REG 4

    Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of item 3 of the list in Form O and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(a)     where the unladen weight does not exceed 975 kilograms         (ab)     where the unladen weight exceeds 975 kilograms but does not exceed 2 tonnes”.
