MOTOR VEHICLES (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 5 OF 1987) - REG 3

        (a)     by omitting from Part I paragraphs (o) and (p) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(o)     Historic Vehicle —A motor vehicle manufactured not later than 30 years before the date on which a third-party policy to be issued or renewed in respect of the vehicle will be expressed to commence.”; and

        (b)     by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
