Air conditioners, having less than 8 kilowatts input power, manufactured in, or imported into, the Territory on or after 1 December 1988.

Pavement breakers manufactured in, or imported into, the Territory after 1 December 1988.

Mobile air compressors manufactured in, or imported into, the Territory after 1 December 1988.
