OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS (NO. 10 OF 1991) - REG 4

        (a)     a health and safety representative undertakes a training program under paragraph 45 (1) (ea) of the Act; or

        (b)     a deputy health and safety representative undertakes a training program under subsection 50 (4) of the Act;

the employer of that person shall—

        (c)     pay the fees for the person to undertake the program; and

        (d)     reimburse the person for the expenses reasonably incurred by him or her in undertaking the program.
