OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (GENERAL) REGULATION 2007 (NO 36 OF 2007) - REG 2

This regulation commences on the later of—

        (a)     6 months after its notification day; or

        (b)     the commencement of the Occupational Health and Safety (Regulatory Services) Legislation Amendment Act 2007 .

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
