OMBUDSMAN REGULATIONS (NO. 9 OF 1989)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Ombudsman Regulations.  
   2.      A person holding or performing the duties of an office specified in Schedule 1 is not a prescribed authority for the purposes of the Ombudsman Act 1989.  
   3.      For the purposes of the definition of “principal officer” in section 3 of the Ombudsman Act 1989, an office specified in column 2 of Schedule 2 is declared to be a principal office in respect of the prescribed authority specified in column 1 of that Schedule opposite to that office.
