PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT REGULATION 2012 (NO 1) (NO 18 OF 2012) - REG 9

Schedule 1, section 1.14 (1)

substitute

    (1)     A development must not contravene—

        (a)     the Heritage Act 2004 ; or

        (b)     the Tree Protection Act 2005 ; or

        (c)     the Environment Protection Act 1997 .

Note     Other applicable laws must also be complied with (see s 1.4).
