POISONS AND DRUGS REGULATIONS (NO. 15 OF 1993)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Poisons and Drugs Regulations.  
   2.      These Regulations commence on the day on which section 4 of the Poisons and Drugs (Amendment) Act 1993 commences.  
   3.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“Act” means the Poisons and Drugs Act 1978.  
   4.      For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of “recognised institution” in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the following institutions are prescribed:  
   5.      (1) For the purposes of paragraph 47W (2) (b) of the Act, in relation to a poison specified in column 1 of Schedule 1—
