substitute

        (d)     the baths located in the complex of buildings known as the Lakeside Leisure Centre situated in the division of Greenway, Canberra City district;

        (e)     the baths located in the complex of buildings known as the Gungahlin Leisure Centre situated in the division of Gungahlin, Canberra City district;
