PUBLICATIONS CONTROL REGULATIONS (NO. 12 OF 1989) - REG 4 4. For the purposes of subsection 28 (2) of the Ordinance, a notice shall contain the words “RESTRICTED PUBLICATIONS AREA—PERSONS UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE MAY NOT ENTER. THE PUBLIC IS WARNED THAT SOME MATERIAL DISPLAYED HEREIN MAY CAUSE OFFENCE.” written clearly in legible letters, being letters not less than 15 millimetres in height and of a colour that contrasts with the colour of the background of the notice.
