PERIODIC DETENTION REGULATIONS (NO. 34 OF 1995) - REG 15 15. In providing food and beverages (other than intoxicating beverages) to a detainee, regard shall be had to the religious beliefs and the reasonable dietary requirements of the detainee and any restrictions specified in relation to the detainee by the medical staff of the centre.
