PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTIOUS AND NOTIFIABLE DISEASES)
REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 27 OF 1993)
TABLE OF PROVISIONS
1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Public Health (Infectious and Notifiable Diseases) Regulations.
2. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended—
4. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “for his removal given under the last preceding subregulation” and substituting “under subregulation (1)”.
5. After regulation 14 of the Principal Regulations the following regulations are inserted:
6. Regulation 15 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “a child enrolled at the school, or a member of the staff of the school,” and substituting “a member of the staff of the school”.
7. Regulation 15A of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraphs (a) and (b) “an infectious” and substituting “a”.
8. Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended—
9. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended—
10. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the item relating to “Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection (HIV)”.
