Regulation 3 is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) the definitions of “Infectious Disease” and “Notifiable Disease” and substituting the following definitions:“ ‘infectious disease' means a disease specified in Schedule 3; ‘notifiable disease' means a disease specified in Schedule 4;”.
