PUBLIC HEALTH (CERVICAL CYTOLOGY) REGULATIONS (NO. 30 OF 1994) - REG 10 10. The Medical Officer of Health shall, as soon as practicable after receipt of a written request by a woman, remove from the Cervical Cytology Register any particulars that could reasonably enable the woman to be identified.
