PUBLIC HEALTH (EATING HOUSES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 26 OF 1988) - REG 2

2. Regulation 18 of the Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations is amended—

        (a)     by inserting in subregulation (2) “or a hearing dog accompanying a deaf person” after “blind person”; and

        (b)     by adding at the end the following subregulation:

“(3) In subregulation (2), ‘blind person', ‘deaf person', ‘guide dog' and ‘hearing dog' have the same respective meanings as in the Dog Control Ordinance 1975 .”.
