PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 1) - REG 65

Keeping animals and birds—insanitary conditions

(1)     A person must not keep an animal or bird so as to cause an insanitary condition.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2)     A person must not keep an animal or bird in a place that is in an insanitary condition.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
