Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If a building is registered as a private hospital, or registration of the building is renewed, the Minister must give the applicant a certificate of registration in the approved form.
(2) A certificate of registration may be transferred with the consent in writing of the Minister.
(3) The term of registration or renewal of a private hospital, unless otherwise specified in the certificate, ends on 31 December following the date of registration or renewal.
