PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 1) - REG 92

    A person may only communicate information that he or she has learned from the medical record—

        (a)     for these regulations; or

        (b)     in response to a question that he or she is obliged by law to answer.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
