PUBLIC HEALTH (DAIRY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 28 OF 1986)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations.  
   2.      Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended—  
   3.      After regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:  
   4.      After regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:  
   5.      After regulation 63 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:  
   6.      Regulation 69 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “Chairman” (wherever occurring) and substituting “General Manager”.  
   7.      Regulation 71 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “Chairman” and substituting “General Manager”.  
   8.      Regulation 87 of the Principal Regulations is amended—  
   9.      Regulation 105 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “Chairman” (wherever occurring) and substituting “General Manager”.  
   10.     The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended—  
   11.     The provisions of the Principal Regulations specified in the Schedule are amended by omitting “Chairman” (wherever occurring) and substituting “General Manager”.
