PROCEEDS OF CRIME REGULATIONS (NO. 50 OF 1993) - REG 13

        (a)     in respect of an application under subsection 21 (1) of the Act—a notice in accordance with Form 1 in Schedule 2; or

        (b)     in respect of an application under subsection 21 (2) of the Act—a notice in accordance with Form 2 in Schedule 2.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 29 (8) of the Act, the following notice is prescribed, namely, a notice in accordance with Form 3 in Schedule 2.

Annual management fee for Trust Fund
