PROCEEDS OF CRIME REGULATIONS (NO. 50 OF 1993) - REG 4

        (a)     money referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of “proceeds of confiscated assets” in subsection 4 (1) of the Act;

        (b)     money referred to in paragraphs (b) to (j) (inclusive) of the definition of “proceeds of confiscated assets” in subsection 4 (1) of the Act that is not an amount in respect of which notice has been given to the Public Trustee under subregulation 11 (2) or (3);

        (c)     money referred to in paragraph 34 (1) (c) of the Act.
