PROTECTION ORDERS REGULATIONS 2002 (2002 NO 6) - REG 14

If applicant not present at return of application

If the applicant is not present at the time an application is returned before the Magistrates Court, the court must—

        (a)     dismiss the application; or

        (b)     adjourn the hearing.
