Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsIf the Magistrates Court has given a direction under the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991 , section 18 (1) (Territory courts may take evidence and submissions from outside the Territory) or section 30 (1) (Use of link in proceedings) in relation to someone who is required to give evidence under a summons, the person satisfies the requirement by appearing and giving evidence in accordance with the direction.
