Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A respondent in a proceeding may, at the hearing of the proceeding, rely on a ground of defence not mentioned in a notice of grounds of defence filed by the respondent only with the applicant's consent or with the Magistrates Court's leave.
(2) The Magistrates Court may grant the leave on the terms (if any) the court considers just.
